Can I bring a guest with me to my appointment?

To ensure a comfortable and elevated experience for everyone, and due to limited seating, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.

Can I bring my children to my appointment with me?

IF THE APPOINTMENT IS FOR THE CHILD

We welcome parents to accompany their children receiving services.

However, we kindly ask that siblings or children who are not receiving services do not attend the appointment.

IF THE APPOINTMENT IS FOR THE PARENT

We kindly ask that children not receiving services not attend appointments with parents or adults.

Need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

24 Hour Cancellation

  • If an appointment needs to be cancelled, the salon must be notified more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • If an appointment is not cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the service will be charged.

Same Day Appointment Move

  • If an appointment is requested to be moved or rescheduled on the same day as the schedule appointment time, a $50 move fee will be charged.

How should I prep my hair for my appointment?

Curly Hair

  • Please arrive with your hair clean, dry & detangled with little to no product.

  • No pony’s, braids or buns.

  • Hair should be worn in its natural wavy/curly/coily pattern. This allows your stylist too see where the hair lives

  • Curly color should be booked under Curly-all over color/ Curly Partial/Curly Balayage etc.

  • Curly hair should be trimmed/cut every 4-6 months or before, depending on your hair specific hair goals

To ensure the best results for your color service, please arrive with clean, dry, and product-free hair. This allows our stylists to properly assess your hair's condition and achieve the desired color without any residue from products like oils or sprays that may interfere with the coloring process. We recommend washing your hair the day before and avoiding any leave-in conditioners or styling products prior to your appointment

SPECIAL EVENT STYLING

For special event styling or updos, please arrive with clean, dry hair. We suggest washing your hair the morning before styling to allow your natural oils not to settle, which helps with the overall look and hold of the style. Avoid using heavy styling products on the day of your appointment, as this can affect the final result. Our stylists will be ready to create the perfect look for your special occasion
